Mat pilates

Mat pilates is done on the floor using a mat and a variety of props to add challenge to the exercises. You use your own body weight to build core strength. We’ll use foam rollers, chi balls, magic circle, bands and fit balls! Don’t be fooled into thinking Mat is easier than Reformer!

Barre

Barre classes take the basic foundations of Pilates and fuses them with elements of ballet, dance and yoga using a barre attached to the wall. Its super fun and you will definitely build up a sweat!

Yoga

A mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. We offer Power Yoga, Slow Flow as well as Restorative Yoga and Meditation classes.
