Whether you need motivation, are recovering from injury, want to improve your posture, decrease pain or get back to the pursuits you love, our specialist instructors can help you get there! You’ll have an initial private lesson with a senior instructor to be assessed, discuss goals and formulate a plan to help you on your path to better health and well-being.
Exercises can be tailored for you whilst being supported by one of our teachers using state of the art equipment specially designed for people with musculoskeletal needs.

Private lesson
New to Pilates or recovering from injury, child birth or chronic illness?
This 55 min private lesson with a Senior instructor is for you. We will discuss your needs and goals and start with the basics so that you can regain your strength and agility again. Designed for clients who prefer an individualised approach, our teachers have helped many people avoid surgery. Take control of your own body to help strengthen around joints, improve alignment and live with less pain and more movement!
Duet lesson
This is a one hour shared private lesson between 2 people. Your instructor will give you an individualised program to suit your needs and goals. You'll need to have a friend/family member to share this lesson with.

Semi private lesson
This is a one hour shared private lesson between 3 or 4 people. Your instructor will give you an individualised program to suit your needs and goals.
